Shipping & Returns

We ship across India and dispatch all orders within 2-5 business days, depending on the product. Orders above ₹500 qualify for free shipping.

Unopened and unused products can be returned within 7 days of delivery (15 days for devices such as diffusers and spray machines). To start a return, contact our support team with your order number.

Due to hygiene reasons, opened consumables (oils, resins, dhoop, soaps) cannot be returned unless defective.
